Facility Overview
CGK Campus is a hyperscale campus in Greater Jakarta, designed to deliver up to 500MW IT load across four buildings with future scalability to 1GW campus-wide, built for hyperscale and AI-ready deployments. It targets an annualized PUE of 1.25 and offers robust, carrier-neutral connectivity.
Infrastructure
Tier III concurrently maintainable design with dual power sources (dual feeds from PLN connected to 150kV grid), N+1 centralized Water-Cooled Chiller + hybrid cooling tower (15 mins thermal storage), and 4 diverse fiber routes to Indonet’s metro network and IXs via EDGE1/EDGE2.
Security
Four security zones with 24x7 manned guards, biometric access, CCTV, and motion detection.
Power
Fully redundant power systems with UPS: N+1 DR for Data Halls, 2N for Core Network Rooms (configurable) and standby power N+1 block redundancy. SLA: 100% availability for dual power circuit; 99.99% for single power circuit.
